25 “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were foolish and five were wise. 3 The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. 4 The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. 5 The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
6 “At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’
7 “Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. 8 The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’
9 “‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’
10 “But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.
11 “Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’
12 “But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’
13 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.

The foolish asked the others to share their oil, but spiritual preparedness cannot be shared in an instant. . . . This was not selfishness or unkindness. The kind of oil that is needed to illuminate the way and light up the darkness is not shareable. . . . In our lives the oil of preparedness is accumulated drop by drop in righteous living.” (Spencer W. Kimball, Faith Precedes the Miracle, p. 255 )

Unnatural fear

Many Christians have developed an unnatural fear of man, fearing what other people think when we stand up for sound biblical teaching.

Proverbs 29 verse 25: Fear of man will prove to be a snare,
    but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.

Now more than ever Christians need to support sound biblical teaching. Many Christian denominations are rolling over and falling in line in with teaching that is not sound. They “fear” man.

2 Timothy 1: 7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

How about you? Are you going to stand up for sound biblical teaching? Will you tell it like it is? Our US Supreme Court is “debating” whether or not a constitutional ammendment passed by a majority of California voters is constitutional! Stop the insanity! It is a constitutional ammendment legally passed by our state and now the US Supreme Court steps in to decide if it is legal?

1 Timothy 1: 8 We know that the law is good if one uses it properly. 9 We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, 10 for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine 11 that conforms to the gospel concerning the glory of the blessed God, which he entrusted to me.

If you fellow Christians, are standing up for biblical morality, God Bless you!

On the night of 6/12/10 I had a strange dream. In the dream I was in Church and there was a speaker other then our Pastor speaking. Shortly before the conclusion of the service some people got up to leave. I don’t understand why. I waited until the service ended and when I went outside those that had left early were standing under the eaves of the Church at the entrance. The skies were as black as I have ever seen them. The most horrific thunderstorm you could imagine was taking place. And on the horizon as far as the eye could see there were tornados lined up, one after another. Anyone that tried to venture out from under the eaves of the Church was in danger of being struck by the lightning, it was striking all around the Church or from the fury of the storm itself. After I awoke from the dream I kept seeking God as to what it could have meant. From what I understand it was a warning not to leave the safety of the Church. I don’t mean the physical building but the safety of being in Christ’s Church. Now is not the time to become lax in service to the Lord, or to stray from serving him. There is a Spiritual storm on the horizon. In fact I believe it is already upon us. The bible tells us in Matthew 24:36 that no man knows the day or the hour of the Lords return. But it also tell us that day should not catch us unaware. In 1st Thessalonians 5:1 it tells us:
1 Now, brothers, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, 2 for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. 3While people are saying, "Peace and safety," destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.
4 But you, brothers, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. 5You are all sons of the light and sons of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness.

In defiance of God mankind created the tower of Babel.
From the time that God confused the languages of the earth at the tower of Babel until now mankind has been trying to re-unite as a common people, a one world people, apart from God. Independent of God. The storm that is upon us is a result of that effort. And mankinds effort to be this one world people, united under the antichrist will end with the return of our Lord.

Revelation 6: 1 I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, “Come!” 2 I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

Notes from this verse: " His method of conquest does not seem to include open warfare, since peace is not removed from the earth until the second seal is opened (verse 3). This corresponds to the discription of delusion in 1 Thessalonians 5:3"

Who am I?

Who am I?
I am the crafty serpent, a beautiful creature in my un cursed state more subtle then any other who beguiled Eve in Genesis 3:1 and brought untold, uncounted misery to all mankind through this first of a countless number of lies. I am the pride of life in unholy Cain that took Abel’s life in Genesis 4:8 and caused the first innocent blood to be shed on this newly sin cursed world. Do you think you are you are a worthy adversary for me Christian? I caused almost the entire population of Noah’s time to be deceived and then destroyed in Genesis 6:7. Eight people survived! Only eight people were found to be worthy of escaping the judgment I caused to come on the earth. I have had thousands of years to hone my craft, I am more then a worthy adversary for any man. I whispered in unholy Haman’s ear in Esther 3:6 that why be happy with only killing righteous Mordecai, why not kill his whole race, the Jewish people, and I nearly succeeded. There would come another many years later in the spirit of Haman, Adolf Hitler. You know what I was able to accomplish through him, at least six million Jews killed and my anti christ kingdom was nearly established. Through my cunning the quote, un quote “Christian” nation of Germany at that time was seduced into believing I was leading them into a righteous, glorious future. Look what it brought them, death and destruction, my calling cards. Are you any better “Christian” America? Your fate is sealed. You go on about your daily business as if there is no blood on your hands, but I’ve made sure that is not the case. For you see, just as I deceived the children of Israel into causing their children to “pass through the fire” in Ezekiel 20:31, America you have been doing the same and worse for many years now. Yes America you have been causing your children to “pass through the fire” of abortion at the rate of 1.6 million children a year for quite some time, all in the name of the god of convenience, another of my many titles. Your sin far exceeds Nazi Germany and the children of Israel of times of old. Do you think you are a worthy adversary for me? I already own you America! Your righteousness is as filthy rags. The time will come when you will be judged and found wanting, then I will be waiting for you, to welcome you into my kingdom. Why do you suppose that when the Savior of Mankind walked the earth he spoke as much or more of my kingdom then he did of his own? He knew. He knew that I am more then a worthy adversary for any of his children. Why do you suppose that in Matthew 7:13-14 this same Savior spoke of the way to His Kingdom being a narrow gate, with few finding it and the way to my kingdom being a broad gate with many going in there at? He knows. He knows I am a cunning and subtle adversary and that most of my victims are mine before they even realize it. Why do you suppose that in Matthew 24:24 this same Savior of mankind warned of my false christs and false prophets to come, that they would perform great miracles and very nearly deceive you Christians. He knew. It is nearly time for me to once again raise up my answer to the Savior of mankind, and when I do, you Christians had better be on your very best guard or, well you know by now# you will never face a more worthy adversary then me.

Please understand the reason for this story, it is not to bring out any kind of glory for the enemy. We know the evil one’s fate, scripture makes that clear. But the reason is to show that we must not play with sin, we cannot afford to pay the price for trying to straddle the fence. To see how close we can live to the world, yet still be one of God’s children.
The point of this story is that we must always strive to do what is best in Christ’s sight at ALL times! It is not okay to dabble with sin, even just a little. Sin will get on you, like stepping in mud, once its on you its only going to spread. The more you try to wipe it off the more covered in it you become. We must strive to walk in holiness, we must listen AND obey when God’s Holy Spirit speaks to us and seeks to counsel us. Most of the time we just are not willing to pay the price spiritually to walk in total obedience to the Lord. I say again! Most of the time we just are not willing to pay the price spiritually to walk in total obedience to the Lord.
Zechariah 7 verses 8-14 says
8 And the word of the LORD came again to Zechariah: 9 "This is what the LORD Almighty says: 'Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another. 10 Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the alien or the poor. In your hearts do not think evil of each other.' 11 "But they refused to pay attention; stubbornly they turned their backs and stopped up their ears. 12 They made their hearts as hard as flint and would not listen to the law or to the words that the LORD Almighty had sent by his Spirit through the earlier prophets. So the LORD Almighty was very angry. 13 " 'When I called, they did not listen; so when they called, I would not listen,' says the LORD Almighty. 14 'I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations, where they were strangers. The land was left so desolate behind them that no one could come or go. This is how they made the pleasant land desolate.'
" Have we made our “pleasant land”, our Church desolate through our sin? I am afraid we have.
We are no better today, the Lord speaks to our hearts and we plug up our ears and turn our backs and pretend we did not hear, or just as bad the Lord speaks and we just ignore him totally. No wonder we go on and on in the same ruts, without our prayers being answered.
Zechariah 7 13 " 'When I called, they did not listen; so when they called, I would not listen,' says the LORD Almighty.
There is a phenomenon called “male selective hearing” you guys know what it is. When your wives ask you to do something, its like you just did not quite hear it right, so its okay to act like nothing was said at all and go about your business. I would submit to you that when it comes to listening to the Holy Spirit speak to our hearts this is a phenomenon that is not limited to the male of the species only but it is just as prevalent in women too.
We cannot afford to play with sin, the price is to great. Jesus said in Matthew 1230"He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters.
When we continue in unrepentant, willful sin I submit to you that we are among those who scatter, we find ourselves working against the Lord and not for him. We must put away our childish, selfish sins and do all we can for the Lords work.
A huge part of this willful sin problem concerns our tongues. A huge part...
James 3 verses 5-10 says:
Likewise the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. 6The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole person, sets the whole course of his life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell. 7All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles and creatures of the sea are being tamed and have been tamed by man, 8but no man can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison. 9With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness. 10Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing.
James 5 verse 12 says it this way:
12Above all, my brothers, do not swear--not by heaven or by earth or by anything else. Let your "Yes" be yes, and your "No," no, or you will be condemned.
Jesus said in Matthew 5 verse 37 Simply let your 'Yes' be 'Yes,' and your 'No,' 'No'; anything beyond this comes from the evil one.
How many times this week have you allowed the evil one to complete your sentences? I’m speaking to myself in this as well. God has put a huge amount of responsibility on our shoulders, I should say our tongues. James tells us we can bless or curse with it. I submit to you that being creatures created in Gods image we have with our tongues the power to create or destroy, to help to gather or to scatter, to build up or tear down. The choice is ours. Do we build up our Church, our part of the body of Christ or do we tear it down?
One more thing I would like to touch on tonight that we are severely lacking in our Church. Holiness and reverence. If we are ever to move forward we must get back to Holiness and reverence in this Church. We and our children disrespect God during our services. These are the kind of things that just should not be happening. Holiness and reverence. We’ve got to get back to them.

On this morning when I awoke the Lord spoke to my heart concerning the huge number of mainline Church’s and Church leaders that are falling away from sound moral Biblical teaching.

2 Thessalonians 2: Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, 2 not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us—whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter—asserting that the day of the Lord has already come. 3 Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness[a] is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4 He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

5 Don’t you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things? 6 And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. 7 For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, 10 and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

Please note verse 3: Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs
This rebellion that the apostle Paul spoke of is kicking into high gear in the hearts of many in this country!

I want to also key on verse 12: and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

We are seeing Christian writers, mainline denominations and once sound political leaders falling in line like dominoes to be counted as supporting same-sex marriage. The word clearly states in Romans 1 that these things are an abomination to the Lord.

Romans 1: 24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.

The great apostasy spoken of in Matthew 24 has arrived in full force!

10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.

The spirit of delusion is now working overtime, sweeping our nation and the world into line with an immoral view of the word of God. Will you heed the call of God, or will you be swept into the one world system that is rapidly revealing itself? Seek our Lord and savior Jesus Christ before it is too late!
